This website is about self defense for girls.
You will find here exercises and teaching material for your self defense classes. Most of the material is for girls of ten and above, some exercises are for girls of twelve years and older.

You are teaching women or mixed groups? Well, have a look at this site too: many of the exercises can also be used in adult classes and mixed trainings.

Adventure on Marma is an action-packed mixture of obstacle course and role play involving the whole group. It may be done at the end of a course. Part of it are the Pictures shown in the menu above. They can be printed out and may be shown at the stations.

The material on this site may be downloaded and used for free according to the terms of use. You can print it out without the blue border using the print-menu of your browser (Internet-Explorer, Opera, Netscape). Some of the material, especially the pictures belonging to "Adventure on Marma", has an additional print version in PDF.
